Mr Md Saifuz Zaman is primarily interested in public law, jurisprudence, and political philosophy, with a particular focus on constitutional law and theory, constitutional design, comparative constitutional law, constitutional government, democracy and unstable constitutions, democracy and judicial overreach. He is currently researching the effect of constitutional amendment procedure on recurrent constitutional crises in Bangladesh, the nature of Supreme Court guidelines made for the general public, and the legitimacy deficit in the making of delegated legislation in Bangladesh. He was educated at the University of Dhaka where he earned his LLB (Honours) and LLM degrees.

Ms Sakila Sultana Smrity started her career as a law academic in 2020. Her primary interest lies in public law, especially environmental law, criminal law, human rights law, and constitutional law. She holds her LLM and LLB (Honours) degrees from the University of Rajshahi. She is the provost of Monowara Sikder Hall. She is an enrolled advocate.

Mr. Md Rakibul Hasan, a compassionate individual, began his academic journey as a lecturer in law at Z.H. Sikder University of Science and Technology in March 2024. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Criminal Justice at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, starting in the fall of 2024, where he also serves as a Graduate Assistant. Additionally, he is an enrolled advocate at the District and Sessions Judge Court in Dhaka and is completing an apprenticeship in the High Court Division under the guidance of a senior advocate.
Md Rakibul's research focuses on critical issues such as youth involvement in gangs, juvenile delinquency, domestic violence, and cybercrime.

He graduated from the University of Dhaka with an LL.B. and an LL.M.He is very interested in Bio-law and Refugee law.
